Bear Hug from behind (arms in)
1) Drop into base. 2) Shoulders shrugged, arms bent. 3) Step behind attacker's legs. 4) Hands reach across front of the attacker. 5) One hand behind each of the attacker's knees. 6) Lift the attacker using your knees and by pushing your hips toward them. 7) Turn and drop your attacker. 8) Go find help and call the police. |

Bear Hug from behind (arms out)
1) If your attacker picks you up, wrap both of your legs around their's until they drop you.
2) Drop into base. 3) Fall forward, posting yourself on your hands. 4) Slide each hand back, one by one, around one of your attacker's ankles. 5) Pull their ankle straight forward, not up. 6) Go find help and call the police. |
Around the neck from behind (push)
1) Place one hand on your attacker's wrist and the other on their forearm.
2) Pull their arm tight to your chest and down from your neck. 3) Fall into base as you're being pushed. 4) Bend your knees and bend forward slightly. 5) Straighten your knees and push your butt into your attacker, picking them up on your back. 6) Pull their arm down as you bow your head. 7) Go find help and call the police. |

Around the neck from behind (pull)
1) Place one hand on your attacker's wrist and the other on their forearm.
2) Pull their arm tight to your chest and down from your neck. 3) Drop into base as heavily as you can. 4) Take a small step outward with the foot closest to their elbow. 5) Hang heavily and take steps with your other foot until your shoulders are in line with their's. 6) Hold their arm tight to your chest and bow your head. 7) Go find help and call the police. |
Around the neck from the front
1) Pick a side to focus on.
2) Shoot your arm straight into the air as you turn inwards. 3) Bend your arm so that your armpit is on top of their arms. Explode downward and bend your knees. 4) Use your position to elbow your attacker, then knee them. 5) Throw your attacker behind you as you run away. 6) Go find help and call the police. |
